I have been on the organ bench on Sunday mornings since I was 13 years old when I was the organist at the my childhood Lutheran church.  I am currently making myself available as a freelance substitute organist and music director on a one-time or interim basis in the Greater Hartford CT area. 

 

 

 Love at First Sight

I will never forget the time that my teacher took me to play a real pipe organ for the first time.

The sound was glorious. It filled the church with such a joyous and uplifting sound that I was certain the music went through the roof and straight to Heaven's gates. 

When I accompany a hymn and have both hands and feet going, and the voices of the choir and congregation  are around me, I feel perfectly aligned with the Universe and know that I am doing just what God meant me to do.
